The countdown starts at the time when your application is complete in our office and you receive a confirmation email from Parenthese. The quality of your application directly impacts turnaround time. Incomplete or insufficiently detailed applications will be systematically put on hold and their processing will be delayed.
Please note that the follow-up of your application is done only via e-mail.
Normally, your application will require 3 weeks to be processed. In other words, you will receive your DS-2019 form and your SEVIS receipt 3 weeks after receiving the confirmation email from Parenthese. You will then need to 2 to 5 working days to obtain your visa from the American consulate.
The maximum 2-week processing time (reception of your DS-2019 and Sevis receipt) is guaranteed with an additional acceleration fee. If this turnaround time is not respected on our part, you will be reimbursed for the acceleration fee. Please note that there will be no reimbursement if the delay is caused by the employer.
